Bean To Bar – Overview

Hotel Chocolat offers a unique tour concept. This excursion begins with a beautiful sail to Soufriere by Catamaran. The “Bean to Bar” experience begins with a briefing on the production of cocoa and ends with you making a chocolate bar, using estate grown cocoa. Enjoy a 3 course, A La Carte gourmet lunch at the “Boucan” where every item on the menu, sweet or savoury incorporates the use of cocoa. Visit the therapeutic mud baths, then return to the boat to join a sunset cruise.

Tour Days: Wednesdays & Saturdays

Tour Time: 9 am – 7 pm

Included Return transportation is provided from all hotels in the north of the island. An additional rate will be charged from hotels outside of the area, i.e. Marigot Bay, Vieux Fort and Soufriere.
